Contributions to the Committee to Elect Amber Mills are not tax deductible and are subject to the limits and prohibitions of Tennessee law. Individuals may contribute up to $1,900 per election, and PACs may contribute up to $15,400 per election. The primary and general elections are considered separate elections under Tennessee law. Federal law prohibits contributions from foreign nationals. Tennessee law requires the campaign to collect and report the name, address, amount, date, occupation, and employer of contributors who give more than $100 during a reporting period.
